Suzuki GSXR 1000

The Suzuki’s 999cc liquid-cooled engine goes unchanged for the most part, although revised pistons, pentagonal crankcase vents and a new exhaust cam have been incorporated. The pistons are perhaps the most changed, and feature newly shaped skirts plus narrower pin bosses. The slugs are a claimed 11% lighter than the previous model’s examples, plus “the valve recesses are smoother for better combustion efficiency,” claims Suzuki. As a result, the bike’s compression ratio climbs slightly from 12.8:1 to 12.9:1.

Similar to the 2011 GSX-R600 and GSX-R750, the 2012 GSX-R1000 runs pentagonal shaped crankcase ventilation holes. Compared to conventional ventilation holes, the new design provides less mechanical pumping loss. Bigger news is that the big-bore Suzuki runs a revised exhaust cam, which offers reduced valve overlap and increased midrange power. Internally, the only other change is to the valve tappets, which now feature thinner skirts and weigh 2.5 grams less per tappet, resulting in less reciprocating weight at high rpm.

Suzuki Hayabusa

The Suzuki Hayabusa (earlier called GSXR1300 in some markets) has a 1340 cc engine churning out 194 bhp that can propel it to 60 MPH in 2.6 seconds! Note that that’s miles, not kilometers. That would be 96.5 kilometers per hour in 2.6 seconds! Top speed is an electronically restricted 299 kmph. The Suzuki Intruder M1800R is a 1783cc V-twin cruiser, DOHC, 54 degree, liquid-cooled, fuel injected V-twin engine designed for strong throttle response and quick acceleration.

Maximum power produced is 125bhp @6,200 rpm and maximum torque: 160Nm @3,200 rpm. The M1800R intruder features a final shaft drive instead of a chain. Introduced in 1999, the Suzuki Hayabusa is the fastest, most powerful production sportbike motorcycle available today. Named after a swift flying falcon, the original Hayabusa was capable of reaching a speed of almost 200 mph. It was designed to compete directly against the now defunct Honda CBR1100XX Blackbird and Kawasaki Ninja ZX-12 and now ZX-14 motorcycles.

2012 Suzuki GSXR 1000

Surely not the update that Gixxer lovers were hoping for, the 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 sees a modest retooling as the Japanese company’s liter bike most noticeably goes back to a single exhaust can design. Officially dropping 2kg (4.4 lbs) from its curb weight, we assume the weight savings to the new Suzuki GSX-R1000 can be accounted purely from the new exhaust layout, though Suzuki lists a number of small weight savings throughout the Gixxer’s refined design.

Despite a bevy of minor improvements, the big changes include the addition of a beefier midrange, better throttle response, Brembo monoblock calipers with .5mm thinner brake discs, and an improved fuel efficiency by 8%. Photos after the jump. Evolving the GSXR-1000′s motor further, Suzuki has lightened Gixxer’s pistons by 11%, while maintaing their strength and durability. The piston-pin bosses are narrower, while the piston skirts are shape-optimized, with asymmetry between the intake and exhaust sides.

2011 Suzuki GSXR-750

GSX-R750 has shared a nearly identical platform as it younger sibling the GSX-R600, and the differences between the two with the latest incarnation aren’t much more than a larger bore and stroke. Thus, like its little bother, the Suzuki GSX-R750 now features innovations such as Suzuki’s S-DMS fuel map selector, titanium exhaust, fully adjustable suspension and top-of-the-line radial brake calipers. And while Suzuki in now one of the only 750cc Inline-Four sportbike producers left, judging by its strong sales numbers and cult-like following, it surprising more don’t follow suit.sxr 750cc, 4-stroke, 4-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine is carefully designed with Suzuki's cutting-edge technology for ultra-compactness, lightweight, high revving and power delivery. 70mm x 48.7mm of bore/stroke and 76mm cylinder pitch help keep the engine narrow and lightweight. High-revving valvet rain features titanium valves, and narrow valve angles allowing a high 12.5:1 of compression ratio.

Suzuki Dual Throttle Valve (SDTV) fuel injection system helps deliver a more seamless and linear response, superior combustion efficiency, sufficient low-rpm torque and reduced emissions. Secondary fuel injector in each throttle body comes into action under high-rpm, heavy-load conditions to increase engine output on the racetrack. Secondary balancer shaft reduces secondary vibration at high rpm. Close-ratio 6-speed transmission. Back-torque limiting clutch help make quick downshifts smoother, especially on the racetrack.

2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000

2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 is a very tough motorsport and high-quality, Suzuki motor sport is king on the streets because it can generate power greater than 1000 cc engine owned. Never fear though, as the economy melts, motorcycle scrapping the bottom and up again. Thus, the rumors about the 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 Gixxer began to be whispered by the faithful, and to help fuel the thoughts, the French magazine Moto Revue other has made extraordinary by Jérôme Vannesson. MotoRevue and Vannesson have been quite close in the past, by making them take a lot of the main cues that are found in real life they imagined motorcycle.

This raises some interesting thoughts about how they can be consistently close to them, but the larger point now is that if the 2012 Suzuki GSX-R1000 is something like this portrayl, Suzuki fans have a lot of hope. New Suzuki GSX-R1000 is available in various colors are very attractive, the design of the Suzuki GSX-R1000 is very manly and dashing, and giving pride to drive a New Suzuki GSX-R1000 on the road. While the Suzuki GSX-R600 & GSX-R750 has been updated for the 2011 model year, it seems like the Suzuki was crowned king of the liter bike class touch-ups have not seen since the Reagan administration. This is due in part because Suzuki staggered development life cycle, but mainly located at the end of the world motorcycle industry that many simply refer to as the last recession. Due to the economic crisis, Suzuki motorcycle overwhelming domestic sitting in the warehouse, causing Japanese companies to not bring up any more fresh units to the North American market.
